Pages That Tend to be Common Across All Subscription Websites
publication date: Apr 28, 2006
There is a list of pages that tend to be common across all subscription websites.

They provide all the information about who the publisher is, what the site is about and all the legal stuff. We call these pages the Standard Pages.
They need to be written before your site can be launched.
These pages are:
- About Us – an overview of the owners, writers, company, etc.
- Contact us – contact details, including email address, postal address, telephone number and fax number.
- Our Services – a description of the product or service that you’re offering.
- Our Guarantee – explanation of your members' rights if they decide they do not want to subscribe.
- Privacy Policy – reassurance about how you will and won’t use personal information.
- Features – usually a list of benefits of joining the website.
- Online Ordering – a link to the order form.
- Sample articles – examples of the content that members can expect to find.
- Testimonials – statements of endorsement from existing members.
- In the News – quotes from the press and copies of press releases.
- Terms and Conditions – legal stuff about membership.
Take a look at other sites and competitor pages for ideas of other standard content that you might want to include that maybe specific to your industry.
