Ken Envoy has now decided to give the book away for free.

 

Much of the information is timeless. Indeed, Mr Envoy was well ahead of his time in understanding the importance of having frequently updated content on a website. If you download it, ignore the stuff on search engines as it is out of date, but the rest of it is very good.

 

A word of warning. It is very long ... over 800 pages ... but well worth reading if you want to get a good understanding of internet marketing.
