When typing, keep your wrists straight and in line with your forearms
Ensure that your forearms are parallel with the floor
Keep your palms facing down
Use a keyboard pad for wrist support. Make sure you don't have clutter in front of your keyboard creating an uneven surface
Relax your hands when you pause; wriggle and stretch your fingers
Squeeze a stress ball
Take short breaks often
