We are in the party mood this month, as we celebrate 10 years of SubHub. The company was founded in February 2005, by Evan Rudowski and Miles Galliford. There have been many changes to the version of the platform you see today, and we think it’s looking better than ever.
The idea was to create a platform that was easy for publishers to create and manage their own content, without having any prior knowledge of website management. That vision is now a reality which has helped to fulfil the dreams of other entrepreneurs and experts in various fields.
The SubHub platform is essentially still a publishing platform, that anyone can use. We enable experts, coaches, online communities and publishers to make money online using our dynamic platform features.
Last summer we were acquired by EFactor Group Corporation, which has enabled us to join a growing network of companies with tools and expertise that benefit entrepreneurs and small business alike. The SubHub platform is now supported by a larger team of developers and designers, and we have been busy finalising our plans for the upcoming year with the help of our new family.
As with any company, the road can sometimes be bumpy and stressful. But by reaching this milestone, and with our new home with EFactor we are looking forward to meeting new clients and helping many more businesses achieve their aims to build and manage their membership websites.
To celebrate this special SubHub birthday, we are launching a promo to help even more people get started with their membership website goals. All you need to do it is create a SubHub Free Trial site, and then upgrade using the promo code below.
The promo code will discount our hosting and support packages by 25% for the entire year (full pricing will commence in Jan 2016)
We would also like to take this opportunity wave ‘Adios’ or ‘Au Revoir’ to two very important people this month. Evan is stepping down from day to day business activities and his role as CEO and Chyrelle is taking some time off to have her second child, and we look forward to her return from maternity leave in early 2016.
Finally, we thought you might like to see what the SubHub team looked like when they were 10 years old. Sooooo cute!
Thanks to everyone who has supported us over the years, we look forward to sharing even more success with you in the near future.
