The Specialist Media Show

Learn from the collected expertise of specialist print, events and digital media owners

Specialist content is the future of publishing, whatever format you use.  Expert writers, niche audiences who value what you have to say, and specialist businesses who want to reach them.  For the first time ever, hundreds of specialist media owners will gather to share case studies, swap ideas and practical tips, and discover new suppliers and services at The Specialist Media Show, to be held at Exec Peterborough (UK) on 25 May 2010.

There’s a conference tackling how to integrate print, events and digital media, how to build and drive value from a customer database, and how to develop strong commercial relationships.  Speakers come from a wide variety of backgrounds – print publishers such as Time Out, Homebuilding and The Spectator who are taking their media brands into digital and live events; event organisers sharing secrets of launches, successful online businesses such as Econsultancy, and SubHub’s own Miles Galliford.  There’ll be opportunities to ask questions of speakers and experts on key topics in our round table sessions, and a debate on the future of specialist media with some new research.

Alongside the conference is an exhibition of suppliers and services: web builders, search agencies, printers, subscription bureaux, event services and more – and a series of workshops on digital media, publishing and marketing.  Niche consumer and b2b publishers can refresh their ideas and their contact book in just one day – by meeting up with old colleagues and forming new business relationships – and come away with practical tips for their own business.
